    Method

    A predictable process

    Every stage has a defined scope, a deliverable and a date.

    1. Discovery

      We analyse the operation before writing any code: which processes consume time, which generate cost, and where the opportunity is.

    2. Design

      Scope is defined and a navigable prototype is built. How it works is validated before it is developed, which is when correcting it is cheap.

    3. Development

      Deliveries every two weeks, with permanent access to the work in progress. No long stretches without visibility.

    4. Operation

      Going live is the beginning. Monitoring, improvements and ongoing support to match the growth of the business.
