The controller of the personal data collected on this site is Aqui Group SAS, identified above. Privacy enquiries are received at hola@aquigroup.uy.
The contact form collects only the data a person chooses to provide: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company or project, sector, areas of interest, project description and estimated start date.
In addition, and solely to limit automated abuse of the form, the server holds a connection-derived identifier in memory for at most one hour. It is not stored in any database and does not survive a server restart.
This site uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no advertising networks. Fonts are served from the site's own domain, so browsing generates no third-party requests.
The data is used solely to answer the enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain the commercial correspondence arising from it. It is not used for unsolicited marketing, and it is neither transferred nor sold to third parties.
Processing is based on the person's consent, given when the form is submitted, in accordance with article 9 of Law No. 18.331.
The email carrying the enquiry is sent through Resend, an email infrastructure provider acting as a data processor. The site is hosted with a hosting provider that processes the data only as far as necessary to make the service possible.
These providers may hold the information outside Uruguay. By submitting the form the person consents to that international transfer, in accordance with article 23 of Law No. 18.331.
Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once it ends, for as long as necessary to meet legal or contractual responsibilities. After that period it is deleted.
Every person has the right to obtain information about their data and to request its rectification, updating, inclusion or deletion. These rights are exercised free of charge by writing to hola@aquigroup.uy and providing proof of identity.
A response is issued within the periods laid down by Law No. 18.331. If a person considers that their rights have not been properly addressed, they may lodge a complaint with Uruguay's Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP).
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The form validates data on the server, applies a per-connection submission limit, and does not expose internal information in its error messages.
This site is aimed at companies and professionals. Data relating to minors is not knowingly collected.
